The level 3 in conflict management course is an accredited qualification that has been developed to meet the requirements of trainers who wish to deliver scenario-based conflict management training. This qualification covers a wide range of sectors and is of particular benefit to those delivering training in a customer-facing role.
This qualification also meets the requirements of the security industry authority (SIA) for those delivering the license to practice qualification which includes scenario-based conflict management training. For example Door supervisors and other front-line staff.
To achieve this qualification individuals are expected to undertake 2 days of training with pre-course work.
The candidates will learn to manage conflict in the workplace when dealing with customers, service users, or the public.
The candidates will also be given training about delivering scenario-based conflict management training.
This course is assessed by multiple-choice examination and a portfolio of evidence.
