Under the United Kingdom’s distance learning selling regulations you have the right to cancel your purchase. To do so you must inform us in writing within 14 days from the day after receipt of your purchase to our office address. We will retain 10%of the purchase price to cover the costs involved in the transaction.

Cancelation:

-All requests for cancellations of the course must be received in writing 14 days prior to the start of to the course date

-candidate will not be eligible for any refund after 14 days of booking of any course with us

-Failure to attend the course/programme treated as late cancellation and no refund will be given

-If candidate fail to attend the course/programme on the day due to medical reasons, course can be re-scheduled by presenting medical evidence

However minor ailments and sickness will not be consider (such as cold, fever, sprain, headache)
