Level 2 award in principles of risk assessment is a qualification that provides learners understanding, knowledge of effective risk assessment.
This qualification is useful for the professionals and employers, and employees in any organisation, although not all the employees undertake the risk assessment themselves, they may be asked to contribute to the process and will be expected to act at all times to protect their own health and safety and for others around them.
The candidates must have a level 2 award in health and safety in the workplace prior to attending this course.
The learners will understand the basic principles of assessment how to improve occupational health and safety at the workplace.

– Ability to contribute to both the maintenance of a safe work environment and to process of formal risk assessment

This qualification will be assessed through multiple-choice questions.
